30 Minutes

Focus work on one region of the body (neck, back, shoulder, hands, hips, legs, feet or migraine relief).

Great for athletes or those with busy schedules that need specific attention.


60 Minutes

Balanced full body massage addressing every area of the body and acute pain relief. Good for relaxation and general maintenance. Good for specific detailed work (upper or lower body only pain management)


90 Minutes

Full body massage with focus on chronic pain relief and attention to problem areas. Opportunity for additional therapies, such as hot stone, body scrubs, etc.


120 minutes

Deep Relaxation and focus on 2 or more problem areas. Incorporates a variety of techniques and therapies to achieve relief of chronic pain. Also, time for body wraps, scrubs, along with massage.
